Films
Most recently, Stuart O’Rourke was the DOP for the short drama ‘Julian’, produced by ‘Year of the Rabbit Films’.
The film had its world premiere at Flickerfest, Sydney, in January 2012. It has also been accepted and will be screening at the Berlin Film Festival in Feb 2012. Stuart is also currently shooting another short film ‘Blind Man’.
TVC
Escape Artists most recently produced the advertisment for ‘White Rabbit Gallery’ in Sydney. The combination of animation and live action was used to highlight the diversity of the artwork in the gallery.
Corporate Video
Corporate Video can mean many things, no two videos are the same, and they all have a different purpose. Video can now be seen on multiple platforms including DVD, online or an Iphone/smart phone application. Producing a video can add some major benefit to your project. Some examples include:

Escape Artists produced all 55 videos that are seen in the IPhone application 'FORMULA'. This app was produced by Coca Cola Amatil to provide a greater level of training and support to bar professionals. This video example explains how to make a great Lychee & Ginger Highball drink.
Escape Artists produced these mini docos for the NSW Cancer Institute. They highlight the work being done by some of NSW's most outstanding cancer research scientists.
This video is an example of 6 x animations produced by Escape Artists for Lion Nathan. The videos are used to communicate industry issues & opportunities internally and to retailers.

This 52 minute film 'There's Something About Metal' was produced by Escape Artists in 2009. Director & DOP Stuart O'Rourke spent 1 month in Finland filming the doco. It has screened at festivals in Europe and the USA and won a Silver Palm Award at the Mexico International Film Festival.
This video was produced for the AWU to communicate the ways in which it is growing the organisation. It was screened at the 2011 National conference, its 125th anniversary year.

This video is a short section of a 23 minute documentary filmed in outback Australia, titled 'In the blink of an eye'. It has since screened on German TV Network, ZFNeo, and ABC Digital.

HMAS Brisbane lies on the sea floor only 3kms off the coast of Mooloolaba on QLD's Sunshine coast. The deepest part of the dive is approx 25 metres, and the top deck is just 15 metres below the water surface. DOP - Stuart O'Rourke
